Meet Our Founder and Principal Consultant
Dr. Dave Cadiz is an organizational psychologist, educator, and strategic advisor with over 15 years of experience helping organizations align people and business strategies for meaningful impact. As the founder of AIM Consulting, LLC, he brings deep expertise in behavioral science, employee experience, and leadership development to every engagement.
Dave has partnered with executives, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams across industries to design evidence-based solutions that strengthen culture, enhance performance, and build inclusive, human-centered workplaces. His approach integrates research, analytics, and practical insight—grounded in collaboration, empathy, and measurable outcomes.
He has led people insights and talent strategy initiatives at Workday, working with global organizations to drive engagement, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability. His career spans a diverse range of industries including healthcare, corporate learning and development, manufacturing operations, and new product introduction—bringing a grounded, systems-oriented lens to organizational performance. He also served as a faculty member at Portland State University’s School of Business, teaching over 30 courses, publishing extensively on workplace behavior, and earning multiple awards for teaching and research excellence.
Dave holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an MBA. He’s passionate about translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies and enabling organizational success through the alignment of people, purpose, and performance.
